Connecticut Chapter of the
Case Management Society of America

The Connecticut Chapter of CMSA (CT1) is an affiliated chapter of national and International Case
Management Society of America. CTCMSA is a non-profit, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary
association of health care professional which includes both case managers and allied health care
professionals.

CMSA and CTCMSA are professional health care
organizations that will help you:
